PROBLEM Repairs / Servicing
HEADLINE DEFY COMPACT STOVE
THE INCIDENT

I received a replacement stove as the one originally bought were faulty.the new one is also faulty as the electricity trips when the oven is switched on,have been in contact with N1 City and they have been trying to get repair people to me but no success.

Can someone from Head Office speed up this progress?
